2011 Chardonnay

Barrel-aged in the traditional French style of “Sur Lie,” this white has a sophisticated and complex sensibility. With a crisp, elegant texture that hints at Burgundy, there are expansive layers of aroma and flavor to savor here: Green apple, pear and stone fruit are woven seamlessly with a hint of toasty oak that will surely convert even “non-Chard” drinkers as well.

Drinking now, and will easily age up to five years.
